Mini Spotters was formed in June 2007.

It is a not-for-profit organization, and was registered as a Society in January 2008.

Executive Committee

	Ms. Annelise CONNELL - Honorary Secretary Annelise Connell is an Information Technology consultant in private practice focusing on web-based solutions with over thirty years expericnce. She is also the former chairperson of the anti-air pollution group Clear The Air. She has expertise in co-ordinating with Government departments regarding air pollution and traffic safety.
	Dr. Andrew MAK - Director Andrew Mak is the Technology Director of Tonnage Gases, Equipment & Energy for Air Products in Asia. He is a chartered engineer and a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and also an adjunct Associate Professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
	Ms. Laura BARNES - Director Laura Barnes is a Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility professional with extensive experience in management systems, stakeholder engagement, government relations and strategic communications. She has spent more than seven years in China managing scope and mitigated risk for Fortune 500 companies with positive bottom-line results, emphasizing sustainable strategies and practices through advisory, needs assessment, engagement, training and impact assessment. Laura holds a Masters degree in Sustainable Development with a concentration in Community Development and Social Action from the World Learning SIT Graduate Institute and serves as Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee for The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
